what im i if i dont have a lease and its a family owned home?
My mom bought me a house 24 years ago as a wedding present.. She never put my name on it.. Now she wants to kick me out.. I’ve lived there for 24 years.. What can i do?
We never changed the named because we didnt want anyone to take it from us.I had some pretty money hungry women in my life.

It appears it was never yours, technically. Didn’t you know that after 24 years? Surely you must, or you wouldn’t have mentioned that you don’t have a lease, which is also not going to help your cause as far as staying there.
What are her reasons for doing this? What is the complete story here?

how long you lived there makes a difference only to you. Apparently it is still her house since she never put it in your name and since you have no lease, legally you are at her mercy.
What caused this? Find out and then try to fix it Have you been holding up your end of the aggreement? Paying rent and the bills? Maybe she is tired of you freeloading off of her and she might not have the kind of money she used to have. Try asking her to not do this or at least wait until you find another place to live.
